The refusal of Ivermectin by doctors and hospitals is a crime against humanity.

Amazing how your 7 yr old might be directed to start hormone transitioning (behind the parents' backs), but ask for a proven anti-viral in case of viral infection and you're Charles F-ing Manson.

This is about control and profits. I don't think the medical profession has realized how much damage their profession has taken in the last 3 years. I was on the fence about medical tourism or tele-health, but those seem like the only sane options when faced with a "Borg cube" of unthinking pill pushers and administrators only looking for the biggest payout.

I wonder if their words will be used against them: “When a medical treatment falls beneath their standard of care for patient safety, then the court had no right to intervene for the patient.”

Of course the CARES act provides financial incentive for using Remedesivir, which was known at the time to shut down kidneys, forcing fluids into the lungs “pneumonia,” creating a pretext for another incentivized abomination, a ventilator.

The lawsuit to force medical practitioners to allow patients to choose their own treatment is all fine and good, but what’s really called for here are charges of intentional malice, mass murder and crimes against humanity.

Bravo, Dr. Kory and the team fighting for medical justice! I live in Mexico and used ivermectin once I got the bug. Gone in 4 days. Let the individuals and chosen doctors determine what is best for OUR own bodies. Best wishes in court! We’ll be watching…

SD is correct. Within the Helsinki Accords guidelines for the ethical conduct of human clinical trials lies Section 37, which states: Unproven Interventions in Clinical Practice

37.       In the treatment of an individual patient, where proven interventions do not exist or other known interventions have been ineffective, the physician, after seeking expert advice, with informed consent from the patient or a legally authorised representative, may use an unproven intervention if in the physician’s judgement it offers hope of saving life, re-establishing health or alleviating suffering. This intervention should subsequently be made the object of research, designed to evaluate its safety and efficacy. In all cases, new information must be recorded and, where appropriate, made publicly available.

This would be my suggested legal support for this endeavor for there to be an accounting for this ridiculous withholding of making every effort to save lives and reduce suffering.

This should never be a thing in a free society. If we don’t have sovereignty over our own consciousness then we are not free.

The biggest crime with IVM isn’t the efficacy, it is the clear lies about the safety. It’s safe, and we were lied to in order to convince us otherwise? Why?

We know the problems. The problem is our systems are corrupted. It is time to organize and fix them.

Decentralize everything. Demand transparency. Weaponize the tyranny of the masses back onto the people corrupting our systems and end the Global Agenda.

Be problem solvers. Like this:

It’s mind boggling that we have to legally fight to obtain a Nobel prize-winning drug even after signing away all liability to nay sayers. How can this be happening. God help us. ❤️🙏🏼

This case must achieve victory for Medical Freedom and the Right to Choose what happens to one's own body. Moreover, the hospital must be held legally responsible for attempted murder. That may not be the law, but it's the bottom line!

My best wishes to everyone involved in this case and to Scott Schara for carrying on in the face of his own tragic loss of the truly amazing Grace.

My nurse's husband and my patient was hospitalized for COVID-19. I gave her a copy of the study conducted in the Spring of 2020 and published in the journal Chest. This study demonstrated a 50% reduction in mortality among patients who were given ivermectin. The data was collected from three U.S. hospitals and the result was statistically significant.

My nurse tells me that the hospitalists caring for her husband ignored the information. He was never given ivermectin and subsequently died after suffering a lengthy time in the hospital and subsequently on the ventilator.

When the boards of hospitals have executives from the unholy trinity of BlackRock, State Street and Vanguard, it should come as no surprise that mass murder is the standing order.

I pray they prevail. My Dad currently has Covid and his oncologist wants him to take Paxlovid. We went through the FLCCC to find a provider who would prescribe ivermectin. I can't imagine having a loved one in the hospital and having to fight against all the atrocious protocols there. I do believe people have unnecessarily died because of denial of ivermectin and the pushing of other harmful drugs (Remdesivir etc).l

We requested IVM and HCQ for my father in summer 2021 but the hospital refused saying there was no evidence of efficacy and Remdesivir was the only approved protocol. We even asked to try an experimental anti-inflammatory stem cell therapy (arranged by a friend who could get FDA compassionate use authorization for us) but the doctors said they had no way to approve it. My dad died on a ventilator within 2 weeks. I didn’t know of Remdesivir’s toxicity at the time and regret ever trusting the doctors. My trust in allopathic healthcare is diminished permanently. I am glad this patient survived and I hope his case is successful. Patients should have the right to try any modalities if they absolve the hospital of liability.

He’s lucky to have survived. My brother-in-law was not so lucky and died in hospital under similar circumstances in 2021.

Cool post. Those few of us who bucked trends and were steadfastly skeptical of the Covid plot were extraordinarily fortunate. America's Frontline Doctors were among the first to prescribe alternative treatments like Ivermectin and associated medications for prevention and treatment. What has happened to us is reprehensible.

What has happened to docs and nurses? Shocking to see the majority are in it for the money alone. So disappointing .
